Shantanu brings over 25 years of work experience in development of engineering systems and software. From working as a scientist at a national Lab to a hands-on software developer and designer at many established companies as well as startups in India and abroad, Shantanu has seen it all and is now sharing and reliving his experiences with the Grapheme team.
Shantanu is uniquely placed to guide delivery at a startup because of his experience at multiple startups like TaxiForSure and Snapdeal. Apart from his objective of taking GraphemeLabs to a position where it delivers through a repeatable and reliable development process, he possesses a great knowledge and understanding around modern data-engineering and ML technologies to be a great sounding board on various engineering choices for the team.
Shantanu with his knowledge of most of the technological areas involved in Grapheme’s product suite always helps the team make the right decision on our technology choices.
He obtained his B.Tech. from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur, India and always keeps himself updated in his engineering and technology knowledge through online courses.
